Induction Heating Roller System
This maintains the heating temperature during lamination and creates high thermal
efficiency. This makes for perfect lamination. As you may know, if the heating
temperature of the films fluctuates the glue on the films can not melt enough
and this could cause trouble and a degredation of laminated results.

 

  Embossing Effect
The laminator has an Embossing Roller with Induction Heating System, this
satisfies the customer's needs with photo quality effects and increases the product level even higher.

 

  Double Decurling System
Single side lamination always requires "Removing the curling on laminated results". The In-Line Laminator has 2 systems for Decurling with the "Decurling Bar" and the "Water Coating Device". So, it is able to remove the curling on both the MD (Machine Direction) the TD (Transverse Direction) of the laminated results that is in good status for the next finishing process.
